Lyme AI-ert does not require user registration or creation of a user account.
GEBA Consulting does not intentionally collect or store personally identifiable information through Lyme AI-ert.
ZIP codes entered to view local Lyme alert information are used only to identify the relevant geographic area and display local alert information.
ZIP codes are not stored as personal user records.
Lyme AI-ert may request access to device location when a user chooses a location-based feature, such as Find Nearby Care.
Location information is used only to provide the requested location-based functionality, such as identifying nearby healthcare resources or opening mapping services.
GEBA Consulting does not store users' device location information.
Location information is not used for advertising, marketing, or user profiling.
Users may decline location permission and continue using other features of the app.
Lyme AI-ert includes a VisionAI rash pattern screening feature that allows users to voluntarily select or upload an image for computerized pattern analysis.
Images submitted to VisionAI are processed only to provide the requested rash pattern screening result.
Images submitted to VisionAI are not stored by GEBA Consulting after processing.
Submitted images are not sold, used for advertising, or used to create user profiles.
VisionAI provides informational screening support only. It does not diagnose Lyme disease or any other medical condition.
Lyme AI-ert provides Lyme disease awareness information, GeoAI and TrendAI alert information, rash pattern screening support, educational resources, and links to healthcare resources.
Lyme AI-ert is intended for informational, educational, awareness, and care-navigation purposes.
Lyme AI-ert does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or individualized medical advice.
A Lyme Alert Score, GeoAI result, TrendAI result, VisionAI screening result, map, or other information provided by the application should not be interpreted as a diagnosis or as confirmation that a person has or does not have Lyme disease.
Users who have a suspected tick bite, rash, symptoms, or other health concerns should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Lyme AI-ert may provide links to or open services operated by third parties, including healthcare information resources, mapping platforms, healthcare provider searches, and educational resources.
These may include resources provided by public health agencies, healthcare organizations, mapping services, and educational websites.
When users leave Lyme AI-ert or access a third-party service, information may be processed according to that provider's own privacy policy and terms.
GEBA Consulting does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
GEBA Consulting does not sell users' personal information, location information, health information, or VisionAI images.
Lyme AI-ert does not use health-related information for targeted advertising.
Information may be processed by external services only when necessary to provide a function requested by the user, such as mapping or healthcare-resource navigation.
The current Lyme AI-ert mobile application is provided free of charge.
GEBA Consulting may offer separate premium services or additional features in the future.

Users may decline device location permission, choose not to submit an image to VisionAI, and stop using the application at any time.
